Well... he does have the Falcon rig - it's not just flight, it had enhanced vision capabilities as well, which we see when he's in conflict with Antman. Wilson also has a lot of emotional intelligence (used to work as a therapist for combat vets) and - while it's certainly *satisfying* to see someone punch bad guys, the skill set that lets a hero *talk them down* is really. fucking. useful.
