TBH, I hadn't really thought about the song being about a specific sexual activity before, so much as just about sex in general. Looking back over the lyrics, I honestly have to wonder if it's not about eating ass. I mean, Urban Dictionary seems pretty clear on the fact that "cake" means a nice ass. So eating "cake by the ocean" should logically imply...eating ass near a lot of wetness? It also makes the lines about the woman having "cold feet" and the guy wanting to "live dangerously" a lot clearer. In the sense that ass-eating is still pretty risque for a lot of het couples, and I'm sure plenty of women are still pretty shy about getting their ass eaten.

Could be a cunnilingus thing too, though. I mean, "I'm tire of all this candy on the dry land" does have a cunnilingus sound to it.

Or maybe it's just about Doing ALL The Sex & Doin' It Good.
