It's been huge in the UK for years now and in the U.S. the buzz started before Netflix started to stream it, but now that season 5 onwards is on Netflix it's gotten even bigger. So big that now Netflix is showing new episodes weekly instead of waiting for the whole season to finish so now even MORE people are watching Bake Off. It's not quite up there with MCU, but it's got a very dedicated following.
