NA - This is how I see it too. If the secret was more along the lines of, "I have no beef with it, but since it could harm AO3 I always report it," I would respond to that very differently. It's the tone of "I don't like it, so I like letting the authorities know and it serves these people right" that rubs me very much the wrong way.
