For reasons too tiresome to get into, my family got it into their head that it would be awesome to send me to a deeply religious school (not even the religion they practice!) and the way to soften the blow was, "But Edmund from Narnia goes there." ... And it worked. I was stoked. (Never spoke to him, never met him, saw him in the halls maybe once or twice.)

But yeah, BBC Narnia hits me in the feels too.
