Lady Sibyl Ramkin isn't a vigilante, even. She's a blunt, middle-aged noblewoman who dedicates her time to her animal rescue, and is generally described as tall and broad and with the sort of muscular development of someone who spends lots of time carrying big bags of animal feed from one place to another. They're just making her a vigilante because that's sexier than being the fantasy equivalent of a crazy cat lady.
