* Would furthering your career and independence from your parents be beneficial to your mental health in the long run, and therefore benefit your cat?
* What's better for your cat, the disturbance of relocating with you and relatively small living space, or having to depend solely on your parents for her welfare? Does she have a large living space now? I ask because it sounded like she spends most of the day in your room.
Don't get me wrong, the logistics of moving her and finding food and a get sounds tricky, but is it too hard for you to figure out if you apply yourself? Probably not. People own cats in Guatemala, yes? What do you think they do when their cats need food or medical treatment?
