Been back into Star Wars and Doctor Who again in terms of fandom. Just avoiding the discussion places because they all devolve into terribleness and just reading fics.

Watching All Rise and Stumptown and Batwoman.

My fic writing muse seems to have come back because I'm writing my first fic in over a year. Silmarillion fandom as usual because that's my main fandom and the only one I ever write for. But not a porny fic, shockingly.

I'm loving All Rise! All I've seen is complaints about how unrealistic it is but I don't care lol.

It is unrealistic in places, but I find it inspiring. So it works for me. It has the right tone and the right message. I don't need 100% accurate courtroom setup when it has that going for it.

Yeah, I agree. I've seen people say it's too happy and uplifting but real life is depressing enough so I'm more than fine with that!
