nayrt but the weird thing about leggings IMO is like we've all agreed that it's a fair trade off for flaunting your camel toe, panty lines and wedgies to the world? Because yeah, not everyone's gotten the memo about wearing long shirts with them. Not to mention that I'm not cool with having my thighs and calves encased like sausages AND out on display and I'm surprised so many women are.

nayrt too but like... no offense intended at all, but get leggings that fit? none of mine show off a camel toe or pantylines...

Very much MTE. If I'm not careful to get a really well-fitting pair of leggings then yeah, I'll get camel-toe, but wedgies and panty lines have never been a problem, and as long as I shop around a bit, neither is CT.

I think yoga pants are appealing because they're flattering, while at the same time kind of nondescript and comfy. When I want to deflect attention, but also not look like crap, I wear my black yoga pants.

1- leggings aren't pants... Around here they were really in fashion about 3 years ago and that's the memo some people seemed to be missing. You still need to wear skirts, blouse-dresses or shorts over them

2- if sports leggings like pictured, most will still not be so revealing if the right size - or just meant to wear them only inside of the gym or yoga class - I would find 'flaunting' any kind of camel toe very uncomfortable and an quite sure whoever you mean is doing it wrong

3- leggings have many different types and fabrics, not just sports/spandex. I tend to find my pre-mama cotton leggings a perfect fit for comfortably hanging out in the house and never thought they were particularly tight. And thermo leggings don't cling to your skin like crazy although they are not opaque enough to wear by themselves
