That secret maker wasn't judgemental at all, like actually. Part of their secret is that they don't say anything, and it's not as if fanart is so different than fic, or even original content, that it's exempt from criticism. Wanting better quality isn't the same as being judgemental, imo.

That being said! Not very high. I have a bad habit where when delving into a new fandom I always have a very specific thing in mind, and 99% of the time I don't find it. So if it isn't exactly what I'm looking for, I'm more or less just happy that any sort of content exists at all. I'll generally realign some of my standards to suit what's popular, just to get the most enjoyment out of it. I'm also a horrible person where I get a small feeling of relief when I see bad fanart, so I don't mind coming across bad fanart at all.
