Some job applications, some work, allergy shot, Spanish class, now watching Youtube videos while waiting for my dinner to be done in the oven. Going to bed after I eat. Don't care that It will be 7 or so. I'm tired. Really, really tired.

taking control of my finances and my life, maybe some baking

Listening to Frou Frou and Talk Talk, and being bored.

Worked. Found out my bosses wanted to cross train me on something else at my job. Made some pulled pork.

Pizza and RPG night with a couple of friends (it helps that I have tomorrow off from work.)

Homework.

Went to work. When I get home I'll probably read or play Steins;Gate Elite. Even the closest of the California fires is not threatening to my town but there's a bunch of smoke in the air so I'm glad I didn't ride my bike to work.

Contemplating the inexorable passage of time on the last night of my 30s.

It can be anything, big or little, it just has to make you happy.

My cat. She's such a joy and cheers me up always. Right now she's playing with a little ball toy, rolling it and chasing it. She's so cute when she plays.

My new hair color. I'd had the same thing for 10 years and I was ready for a change.

My banana necklace (enameled silver charm of a half-peeled banana, on a silver chain). Hot pink glitter nail polish. Having Sunday off work, so I can go to brunch with friends. The new Star Wars trailer. My dog sleeping next to me as I make this post.

I managed to colour and scan a fanart during my lunchbreak, and on my way back from home I made a stop to get enough yarn so I can keep knitting all weekend long without running out and needing to head out to the store when I'd rather stay all day in pajamas on my couch.
Oh, and I discovered a new pizza place nearby that looks great!

knowing that a cute, fun annual event is coming to my neighborhood; every year on the Saturday before Halloween a chunk of my street gets closed off and lots of the local businesses give out candy and lots of people wear costumes.
