But guys... why is there no Veronica/Vinnie fic for VMars? So much sassy back and forth, and from season 2+ she's over 18. WHY NO FIC??

Ugh. Star Wars fandom is at it again. No, they didn't owe it to you to "complete the EU," whatever that means (how could they "complete" what is meant to be the history of a galaxy and isn't intended to have a specific end point?).

Nothing is going right for any of my ships and it's getting on my nerves. They all either have other canon love interests and the writers for whatever reason just don't seem to have any interest in getting them together in the cases of the het ships, or they have no chance of becoming canon because they're both dudes and too many of the fans are homophobic in the case of the slash ship, in another, they hardly ever interact anymore (which I hope is because there's just too much other stuff going on right now and there's not time, and that eventually things will go back to normal, and not because they're intentionally keeping them apart), and another, there's rumors that one of them might be killed off this season.

I'm just annoyed by it all lol.

The things that are happening in canon are making me not want to ship my OTP anymore. To be fair, they've been like that for a very long time, but I guess I'm kinda getting sick of it.

I'm going to interpret this as tiny gripes to do with fandom, and not, gripes to do with tiny fandoms. I have no idea which was the intended meaning.

My gripe is that like 95% of the Starker fandom writes Tony way too Dommy for my liking, yet for some reason they almost always make him the omega in A/B/O fics. Which is the one place where I'm completely disinterested in seeing him as anything other than an alpha. I don't get it. You'd think people who were super into OTT Dom Daddy Tony would be all over the chance to make Tony an alpha and yet...mostly they are not.
