My cold has turned in to a sinus infection. I had two credible fear review hearings this afternoon that did not go well. Both of them will be deported. And likely murdered in their home countries. And those decisions are not appealable.

Nearly got rear ended on the way home. Had to veer off the highway to avoid an accident. And I ordered Thai food from a new place for dinner and it was terrible and spicy (even though I ordered it mild). But none of that remotely compares to the cases I lost. I need to shake it off and move on. But right now we're losing more than we are winning, and it is getting to me. I lost a bond hearing that I should have won yesterday too. I feel so bad for these people.

I did watch the original Wicker Man. I don't have any more horror in me, though. It is only about 6 PM, but I think I might go to bed. I did buy a bunch of new dragons on Flightrising. That perked me up a little. And played with my kitty for a bit.

Okay, now I'm watching Whose Line is it Anyway clips on Youtube. Sometimes I just need some humor in my life.

Thanks. I just have to keep telling myself that Trump isn't going to win in 2020 and we'll have a new president who understands that immigrants are human beings who, for the most part, are fleeing violence and should be able to qualify for asylum. There is going to be a lot of damage to undo, though.

Absolutely. I'm living in Canada and hearing about what they're doing in Quebec, and I'm honestly horrified at what our world's coming to. I can't imagine what it's like to live looking at that situation day in and day out. I'm seriously hoping for the best down south! (I'm afraid to to jinx it to say he wont, like omg)
