Seconding this.

As for the person asking if I make a distinction between fiction and reality, I mean, obviously. If someone were harming real life kids and I witnessed it, I'd report them to the police and hope they got put away. If someone is getting off to fictional children being sexually abused, I just won't interact with them. That's a pretty significant distinction, I'd say.
