Huh. That's a weird draw they chose from then... South Park is essentially about weird shit happening all the time, in particular when Craig mentions exactly this along with hating the quad (Stan, Kyle, Kenny, and Cartman) when they have the whole thing with the hamsters.
Creek happened after the PC principal ordeal, and if they had even the slightest clue (aka watched a single episode) they would know SP is the last place to find good fluffy feels. Especially when it comes to some random side paring.

Every single character except for Randy has played a background role when it comes to the last couple of seasons... Creek was pretty much just a cinder on the fire when it came to them trying to get canceled after Mr. Garrison became president.
