I imagine the teens who watch it now feel like it's their own special club where they get to feel jaded, and rebellious and rule breaking. And remembering that there are adults who also watch, who were the original fans, have kids only slightly younger than the teens, freaks them out.

What a world- kids coming into a space that may not be entirely meant for them, and demanding the adults who were there first (for years) leave because it's inappropriate.
