100% pro-military American exceptionalism, paid for by the US military itself, dressed up in superhero costumes.

What I don't understand is that everyone flipped out and called the fuck out of the Independence Day sequel (rightfully so!) but those same people fall all over themselves to defend Marvel for the exact same thing. Like, I get it, it's your fandom, but it makes you a stunning hypocrite.
