This is a rough reality. :( I'm fortunate in that I married another fandom nerd and we often (but not always) share fandoms, but it's hard finding friends that are into things that we are. Much less the time to indulge. I was just lamenting the other day that I really, really miss RPing, and I would love to join a game with my current fave, but I just... don't have the time or energy to devote to it.

We can only hope that the stars align and we're able to a.) retire, and b.) still be into fandoms by then, haha. I don't see that changing, though.
