Working though a shitty wave of anxiety because they did a fire alarm test in our townhouses today. There was plenty of warning and everything, but I cannot stand the shrill shrieking of the alarm, the blasts were random, it went on for a good half-hour, and they had to actually come inside my house too, which stresses me out in and of itself.

It’s not even a big deal, it’s just... ugh. I can’t explain how awful it makes me feel.
