I think that given the way millennials and younger are USED to this type of format that it will eventually happen. Even if I'm not sure how and the sheer amount of work sounds exhausting.

Publishers might have to submit/tag the works themselves b/c there are authors who won't want to put in the content and warning tags due to "SPOILERS. OMG MY SECRETS/SURPRISES/TWISTS."

They'd also have to keep paid algorithms out of it and like have standards. Since Amazon allows publishers to put their books in dozens of categories and indies only get 2. (Which isn't fair at all.)

Reccing books is such a crap shoot too. And agents and publishers have to get behind "Oh, this thing is good/has audience and I know how to sell it, so I should represent more of it." To have more than ONE book of each thing on their list. Srsly, agent listing what they want is a nightmare. I wish they'd say "I know how to sell this" instead.

If it ever happens, it's going to be completely useless because it's going to be done by Amazon or someone and it'll totally have paid algorithms, yeah
