Oh, hell. I have recollections of grown ass men and women shit talking goddamn CHILDREN (instead of recognizing they were looking at young people in desperate need of help), and a stupid audience APPLAUDING, on shows like Jenny or Ricki or Sally. Basically a preview of the internet.

I really wish humans would do better.
