Family Feud takes that brain glitch thing to a higher level: the pressure of an audience and clock running out often causes people to come up with monumentally nonsensical answers. That's what made the show funny to my childhood self. But I haven't seen the youtube compilations. If they're mocking people, then the editors are the ones who are idiots, because that's just how brains work under pressure.
