Mm to be fair, a lot of the fandom disregards the comics because they've been full of stupid retcons and shipper-pandering ever since the original Avatar days. But that's not even too bad a reaction and I think it fits with what the above anon said about him maybe initially being weird about it but getting over it.

If he's like that through the rest of the comic, I'm positive it's because the writers know that's the fanon most Korrasami fans like and they don't care how little sense it makes.

I never got around to reading more of the comic than the first volume and I'm shamed to say that although Korrasami was the reason I watched Korra in the first place, the only thing I've wanted from the fandom was Wuko *g*
