I have to wonder if the show would even change that much. They'd still be dysfunctional and probably wouldn't be the type to broadcast their intimate details like most fics have them doing.

I really don't think they'd change much at all if the two of them got together (but perhaps I'm biased, after all, I did think it was that way already. XD) I mean, they'd still be jackasses to one another, and they'd still argue all the time...the only difference would be they'd go home together, and House's jokes toward Wilson would probably get a bit more lewd. XD
