a couple years ago when I had severe back pain over a holiday when I couldn't get in anywhere to see anyone, the nurse-on-call suggested taking tylenol and ibuprofin together - specifically tylenol plus any ibuprofin. you've already gone way over prescription dose on the one so if you have any tylenol or can get someone to bring you some, that might help.

honest to god I thought for a long time that was a huge no-no but turns out it's safe, doctor recommended, and works.
