Absolutely not. Look at his latest books, they have issues, but they aren't even remotely close to the absolute shitfest the latest seasons of the tv show were. I trust Martin to deliver an at least decent ending. He is hundred of times better than D&D are.And most important, he actually gets the story he has created.
