Actually, I can kind of understand the thing about being peeved by it being a part of a series. Sometimes you just want to read a standalone book, you know? Reading part one of a series is completely different from reading other books (at least in my opinion); you invest more in a series, in a way. Especially if it's a "to be continued" ending (I haven't read Twilight so I don't know how it ends).

Thank you! That's exactly how I felt. It is totally a "to be continued" ending and it drove me insane! I don't like to start series until they're finished or almost done because I can't take the suspense of waiting for the next book.

Also, first commentor...uh, that's why it's a secret. DUH
