Preach. Robin was the first series I collected for myself, and just as it got Chuck Dixon back they suddenly dropped in Damien and canceled the series. Then they did whole world retcons yet again and I just decided enough was enough.

That being said, I was still willing to give the animated movies a try (Under the Red Hood worked for me, for example) until I realized they were determined to cut Tim out of those too. I loved the first Hush series and then they adapted it...and Tim wasn't there. He wasn't a hugely important part of the storyline, but still it sent the message that they were not willing to even acknowledge him.

When I was catching up on all things Tim I read about how he was designed to be the anti-Jason, specifically he was designed to be *nice*. Like some kid you would see at school and maybe not be friends with but still have the feeling like, "oh yeah, that's Tim Drake. He's a good dude."

Are we somehow now past the age of appreciating that kind of character?
