Not really. Acknowledging that an adaptation seems to be targeting a different demographic than fans of the novels isn't implying that it ought to be. OP isn't happy with the direction it's going in, but the secret says absolutely nothing about how the adaptation should be more purist or whatever. You might want to examine where this weird knee-jerk reaction about "entitlement" comes from.

I agree with the theoretical point you're making but not with your very charitable reading of the secret. In context, the phrase is clearly intended as a criticism, not a neutral observation: OP has a hard time being patient because they feel like the show "isn't being made for Discworld fans", implying that not being catered to frustrates them. That's entitlement.
