153. I'm not a cosplayer, and at 145lbs, I'm sure you'd consider me fat - take your judgemental ass and go to hell. It's not about looking good, its about having fun and you obviously are missing that point. What do you suggest the cut-off weight be? Is it a height weight ratio, or is every one over 120lbs forbidden from cosplay in your mind? That's a pretty jackass thing to say, no matter WHERE you say it/

145lbs is totally not fat.

"Fat" is in the eye of the beholder. Which is why it shouldn't matter. I'd love to see what would happen if I posted a secret saying that brown-haired people should not cosplay because I consider them an eyesore. I doubt there would be a single comment to back that opinion up.

(Well, okay maybe a few. It's the internet, no matter how asinine the comment, there's going to be at least one asshole to shit it out =)

Brown-haired people should not cosplay characters that do not have brown hair if they are not willing to dye their hair or wear a wig, in my opinion. Does that count as backing it up?

Also, since we are nitpicking - girls really should wear bindings when cosplaying male characters. We had some boobed Ls a while back. One had her bra showing through the white shirt. There was also one L cosplayer who hadn't even dyed her hair black. She was only recognizable as the character because she was carrying an L plushie. She was also overweight, but the weight didn't bother me, just the fact that she had wrong colour hair. I think it was something purplish or something like that? Not sure. Anyway, L is so easy to cosplay that I really can't respect anyone who fails at basic details like black hair and binding boobs.

I'm sure the commenter knows that, she's just saying that the secret-writer seems narrow-minded and probably has a very low weight that they consider fat.

It's nice to see people fish for compliments on how not-fat they are.
