Okay, first - take some deep breaths. Now...are your bad habits really *bad*, or are they little things that don't overall matter? And you *know* you have these habits, so you can be mindful for the test (you can definitely keep up 'good' habits for the duration of the test, it won't take that long!).

Second - you already can drive. Sure, you have to test for it, but it's like testing for making toast or doing laundry. You *already do this*, so - you can do this.

Adjust the seat before you leave home, make sure you put on your seatbelt, wear comfy shoes and a shirt you really, really like. Breath nice and slow and deep. You really can do this, you'll be brill!

Okay! I do feel a lot better, thank you! My habits aren't that bad, I'll just have to check the speedometer to make sure I'm right at the limit. My outfit's all set out too, so no rush in the morning. Thank you so much!
