Not exactly eternal but you can spend several millions of years in Buddhist hell (Naraka/Diyu), so that's pretty damn close.

Sorry, since my question was about fear, and other anon said they weren't scared bc they don't trust Christianity, I assumed you had another afterlife in mind that was equally scary.

My initial take was that you found eternal existence frightening in itself, I guess

Well, Judaism believes if you're unrepentant, your soul ends up in Gehinnom (Gehenna), which is a garbage dump!

Of course not, but: 1) Christianity is the elephant in the room of this conversation and 2) of the major religious beliefs it's one of the few that's centered on eternal punishment and eternal continuity of self.
