Eh, personally I'll talk about shipping and fanfic with anybody - especially friends. But I wouldn't post fanfic (or other fanworks) on facebook. For me that's the line.

Same. I'm in one shippy FB group. It's a private group and admins are super strict about not sharing anyone's name outside the group (in screenshots, etc). But you never know. I would love to share my fic there, but I will NEVER connect my AO3 page to my FB page in any way.
