There is so much content it's hard to choose, lol They've got a couple of reality shows that are ridiculously fun (RUN BTS and Bon Voyage), they have a long, long list of music videos, and then there are the vlogs they've uploaded to YouTube and VLive over the past several years. Most of their more recent videos have subtitles if you turn on the captions, anything that doesn't has a lyric video easily found on YouTube by searching. ARMY has a dedicated group of fansubbers who keep up with the content pretty well (Bangtan Subs is one of the better known ones).

That having been said, below are a few links. In the interviews, the one doing most of the speaking is RM; he's the group leader and also the one most fluent in English. He's also the one speaking in front of the U.N. in the video linked at the end of this post.
