Besides Willow, who is the best, there are Christian Yang (sort of, her stepfather was Jewish anyway), Magneto when he's written as Jewish, Miracle Max (princess Bride), and of course the very best of all, Susan Ivanova.

There is also Kate Kane from the new Batwoman show who is awesome and totally makes the show.
