If trans people didn't think biological sex existed, we wouldn't be having any problem in the first place, think it through. But biological sex isn't everything, or even relevant to the majority of interactions. There's no biological basis for pronouns that means someone with XY chromosomes MUST be referred to as "he".
It's not "agreeing that sex exists", it's using that as an excuse to be a twat towards trans people and trying to pass it off as a scientific fact instead of a deliberate choice to treat trans people badly.
