Maya Forstater, who she was tweeting about, most definitely is transphobic. She has stated again and again that not only are transwomen males, but that they are males that somehow compromise women's safety and privacy.

Forstater commented about Pips/Philip Bunce, who identifies as gender-fluid, “He is a part-time cross dresser who mainly goes by the name of Phillip” and “Bunce is a white man who likes to dress in women’s clothes”.

Forstater also tweeted this “Pronouns are rohypnol: important
article by ... Sure, sometimes preferred pronouns are polite, and we
can be polite when we chose. Bu every women has learnt from
experience that politeness is exploitable & can put us in danger.
Pronouns are Rohypnol. They change our perception, lower our
defences, make us react differently, alter the reality in front of us
They’re meant to.
They numb us.
They confuse us.
They remove our instinctive safety responses.
They work.”

It's the more insidious type of transphobia, the kind that sounds reasonable from an angle - that sex and gender are not the same, which is true, but what she seems to actually mean is that a transwoman will never be a woman, no matter how a transwoman feels, or if surgery or hormone therapy happens, and that transwomen are dangerous and it is unfair if they are considered women because they haven't had to deal with gender discrimination their whole lives.

Oh, my god, that comment about pronouns. Just...wooooooooooow. Talk about a ridiculous comparison.
