Biological sex exists in that sexual characteristics have a roughly bimodal distribution, but it does not exist in the strictly binary sense that transphobes insist it does, nor do people generally on the bimodal poles of the distribution necessarily display the traits/experiences/effects that transphobes insist they must.

"Biological sex exists" is a deeply vague phrase intended to be hard to argue with while concealing a lot of misleading follow-up implications that are often untrue.
