Since when is tea "not good for you"? I've never heard anything bad about it, it really helps me concentrate when I have a cup of tea near me, it helps me get the day started, helps me sleep...I've been drinking it for as long as I can remember. What side effects am I not noticing?

When you drink it for a long time, it tends to leave residue in your kidney and liver--though this is more apparent in those who tend to substitute tea for water.

I srsly didn't believe it at first either, but then I stopped drinking it and suddenly all my minor scrapes and scratches were healing really fast instead of taking the better part of a week. The only thing that changed in my routine was the exclusion of tea, so that settled it for me.
