It's literally only "disgusting" in the case of convenient strawmen meanie trans who force and trick people into date them.

In the real world, adults can and do have adult conversations about whether they want to date each other based on a variety of factors, physical attraction being one of many. These private conversations have no bearing on how people are treated in public. Shocking, I know.
