Tarantino did a horrible portrayal of Bruce Lee, and turned him into an asshole. Why? I'm not sure.

Tarantino just sort of generally sucks. He needed a character to fill a specific narrative cliche. He didn't know anything about Bruce Lee, but half-remembered some stuff he heard about him that one time that sort of fit the cliche he needed so he decided to run with it.

I’ve hardly watched any of his movies but I know he was a very cool guy and though there’s a good chance I’ll enjoy this movie overall I was not happy to hear about his portrayal.

I watched it a few days ago and was disappointed. It's quite boring and long.

For some reason I only read it as Once Upon A Time, so I was very confused as to why Bruce Lee was one of the characters in a fairytale series.
I didn't actually know it was that guy who made the movie, and as much as I didn't want to see it before this, I want to see it even less now. That's terrible.

It surprised me, given Kill Bill is such a pastiche of Lee’s filmography... QT certainly knows better. I guess Brad Pitt must have some sexy-ass feet.
