He's a weird middle ground in the SW movies for me where I find his body and hair semi-hot, but his face is still not attractive to me and I find that too distracting to be particularly attracted to him, even with the upgrade being a villain, and a long haired one at that, gives him from his usual role. Especially when there are people I find hotter to look at in those movies. But yes, I don't get why the subjectiveness of attractiveness is so hard to grasp for some people.

I find his voice very appealing. And he's tall and has sad eyes, which are traits I'm very into. But otherwise he's not for me. It doesn't help that I found his character utterly contemptible up until the last few minutes of ROS.

Some villains appeal to me, but he wasn't one of them. I wish they'd tweaked the character a bit to make him sliiiightly more sympathetic and less of a tantrum-thowing pissbaby.

His voice is nice. SW does have quite a few nice voices. That's not exactly how I see his characterization, but I agree that he isn't the type of villain that I tend to find attractive. I like villains who enjoy what they do and ooze power, not ones who are angsty and self-loathing and have no idea how to control their power.

I had a strange reaction to his face when I saw it. I suppose part of it is that I wasn't expecting him to look so young, but also he looked like a male version of what I looked like in high school/college (only he's more attractive.)

But I've had two romantic dreams about him (Adam Driver, though one also involved Kylo Ren somehow). So even though he's much too young for me and I don't think about him that much when I'm awake, on some level I guess I'm attracted to him.

I've had that "too young for me" crush too. In my case Cody Fern from AHS: Apocalypse. Only 3 years younger than me, but he's my first younger man crush. My type has always been a bit older than me. But long hair is my top thing to be attracted to, especially on a villain who enjoys being a villain. And he's got a great face to go with it.

Usually I go for people much closer to me in age than Adam Driver is, but he's well over 30 so I don't feel too bad about it.

I looked up Cody Fern and he is very attractive! I like his eyes.

His eyes are gorgeous, though it was his hair in Apocalypse that really got me. I have such a weakness for long hair on men, especially blond long hair. Hair has always been my number one feature to be attracted to.

I definitely find him cuter in Non-SW things, especially when he has facial hair. It balances out his face a little more, I think? Also when he's got bulky fake-vader armor on it makes everything about him seem lumpier.

Eh, for me he needs to have the long hair for him to be remotely attractive for me. And before SW he didn't have enough bulk for me to be too interested (which doesn't really explain why I find Hux attractive, but there is no accounting for attraction and the brain can be weird sometimes).

I'm with you, I think I find him so repulsive in SW because he played a repulsive character - and played him really well. He sold it for me. I found him way hotter in other movies, like Blackkklansman.
