Except Poe got more screentime and a more central role than Finn in TROS. Han and Leia were about equal in terms of centrality. In TLJ Finn and Poe were as well. In TROS they were not.

Maybe if you take out a stopwatch and check, but nah, not by any casually observable margin.

He didn't? He had this one dialogue with pointless new female character, but Finn got that one too. And they were almost always together on screen, except for 6-second shot of Poe looking at Leia's body and such (but then, Finn had his trip to the remains of the death star without Poe etc.). They film went out of its way to keep them together and even in screen time (without doing much with this screen time, but that's a separate issue).

I on't know about exact screentime or words of dialogue, but feel like Poe stood out more than Finn because he got more funny lines and a new backstory involving shady stuff. I like the funny lines but would have rather seen more emphasis on the burden of leadership, which seemed to have been intended as his central character arc in this movie, but it was really, really muddled.
