I think a lot of people do add a large number of audiobooks. Another cheat is children's books.

Like I'm not going to strictly police what people can and cannot read, knock yourself out. But reading loads of kids books to beef up your total seems a little dishonest.

That does seem dishonest. Like if they're going to be reading 100 word books and bragging about their book count I'd definitely be giving them the side-eye.
