Good luck, genuinely. I was a weird one in the Moffat lineup and I started with Jekyll, which he just... ruined... so I was in your place with being tentatively-but-pretty-sure-this-is-gonna-suck optimistic when Sherlock came out.

Sherlock burned me so bad, I'm never going to watch a single damn thing Moffat puts his hands on, ever again. I started watching my way through Doctor Who recently and I will literally skip over the entire section where he was the showrunner, I don't care. I'm completely done with the man and his incredibly, infuriatingly stupid "oh I'm oh so clever" writing.

Same, nonny, same. Sherlock was a hot mess of a show. IMO there were no good seasons, just the lesser of the evils. I just don't trust him not to ruin more stuff.
