They did, though? They specifically said the movie "mocked the original ending and suggested Jo/Bhaer isn't real [i.e. that she stayed single]."

Look, this community isn't spoiler-free, so being spoiled is on the previous anon and not the OP of the secret. We can also disagree whether it's a "real" spoiler by your definition. But neither of those points were made in the original comment I replied to and so are just shifting goalposts. The fact remains that dismissing the complaint as "well, it's an old book so talking about the changed ending of the movie is not a spoiler" makes absolutely no sense.
