101 Anyone who depends on the Daily Show for actual news is a fucking moron. It's supposed to be a comedic commentary on the news. Even Jon Stewart has said repeatedly that it's not a real news show. I don't hate Jon Stewart, but I don't understand the whole cult following the Daily Show has among Democrats.

I never liked that video. I also didn't like that fucking "Euphoria" AMV (Raxephon) when it won best video at AX. I agree that it's just a bunch of visual editing crap and that's not what AMVs are supposed to be all about. AMVs are supposed to be about a perfect marriage of song and anime. Editing shouldn't be the main focus. The FLCL "My Iron Lung" video is a great AMV. "Skittles" is shit.

Yeah, Secret Machines are awesome! I think my husband saw them twice, actually. Once at the Ryman Auditorium (Grand Ole Opry) here in Nashville when they opened for somebody else and another time at this other venue. Both times they did the whole laser light show thing and I really wish I had been able to catch it. :(
