101. Jon knows it's not a real news show. Lol, didn't you hear about his on-air fight with Tucker Carlson on Hardball?

CARLSON: You had John Kerry on your show and you sniff his throne and you're accusing us of partisan hackery?

STEWART: Absolutely.

CARLSON: You've got to be kidding me. He comes on and you...

STEWART: You're on CNN. The show that leads into me is puppets making crank phone calls.

I will agree that I don't find the show nearly as funny as it used to be. The Colbert Report stole it's thunder. Stephen is just much funnier. I've loved him since Strangers with Candy was on Comedy Central.

129. Lol, I refuse to believe in all their years together that Stephen didn't... at the very least... have a crush on Hugh. Maybe it was a little one, maybe it was huge one... but I'm convinced there was one at some point or another.

I agree about Jon... which is why I'm glad he's not the only person on the show. I watch it for Sam Bee and Rob Riggle almost as much as for Jon these days.

Ain't it sad? ;( Well, I'll keep giving the show a chance until I can't derive any amusement from it anymore - and that rarely happens, unless the writers are really having an off day. *diehard*

In any case, I can probably continue for the Wyatt Cenac segments alone.
