That's nice. But that's not Yu-Gi-Oh, it may have it's name, but it ain't it. Takahashi did not conceive of 5Ds, there is no Pharaoh or King of Games in it. I never even watched Yu-Gi-Oh for the crack or the gayness or the creepy pedos or whatever. I didn't even watch it for the card games, I watched it for the characters... I can't like those characters, they're too... let's just say Yugi's hair looks NORMAL compared to anything in 5Ds.

But Kaz did put a lot into the planning of 5D's. Unlike GX, he was actually in on it. And personally that's why it is so much better than GX came out to be.

I don't mind if you prefer the DM characters, I'm just sick of people saying that they don't like 5D's because it's not DM.

And I'm sick of seeing nothing but 5Ds crap in one of the YGO communities I watch. I don't just prefer the DM characters, I perfer every bit of DM over 5D's, I think DM is superior to 5Ds because it is the original and wasn't thought up as a marketing ploy to keep selling cards that aren't even popular anymore.

5D stuff is in PtDC because the active posters like the new series. Either contribute or stop posing only to bitch.

I agree with you. I used to watch the original yugioh for the characters and the card games. I enjoyed the fact that the duels took more than one episode to finish. What's the point of making a show about a card game if every "epic duel" is over in less than 10 minutes? Although I did also like the ridiculous clothes, that was just fun:)
