122. It shouldn't be what fanfic is for, it should've been in the series. But Macross Frontier was absolutely shit, one of the worst Macross series i've seen.

139. I normally really love the Viral fans. I adored their obnoxious and hyper ways when the series was airing, they were always a great entertainment and loads of fun. You on the other hand, are a knob and understood practically nothing about the show.

Hey, at least the person who posted actually had reason behind it. I have to admit, I kind of agree. Maybe they worded it wrong, but it does seem like the rest of the cast was trying to be something they weren't, and Viral wasn't afraid to show it.

*shrug* Either way, it's an ass move of you to act like because someone's opinion varied from the norm, that they are any less educated than you are. Perhaps, because their opinion varies from the norm, they could have learned more in different areas.

And I'd probably have to say shut up to you, for stereotyping Viral fans. Dear, I know many Viral fans who are more mature, educated and calm than any other fangirls/boys.

Sorry for sounding rude, but I think I'm the only one in the world who agrees with whoever posted this. And you went about replying in a very wrong way.

Did...i even say there was anything wrong with the Viral fans that i encountered? What, would you like a gold star for knowing some mature Viral fans? Are you saying that viral fans who enjoy having a laugh and are loud aren't educated? what the hell.

So what if i was a bit harsh or ~went about it the wrong way~. They can't even explain (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomsecrets/215450.html?thread=90547354#t90547354) themselves.

And i didn't even imply anything about them being 'less educated' than me. I called them a knob for being ridiculous, the cast is not egotistical and no i will not sit here and agree with the OP for saying 'thanks, ep 26 for proving the surviving main characters to be assholes'.

I'm not angry because you disagreed. I'm angry because you were an ass about it. You said they knew practically nothing about the show, which makes them less educated than you, considering if you have such a strong opinion about their knowledge, you obviously think you know more. The fact is, most TTGL fans are rather undereducated about this show. Were you to bring up the evolution/creation themes of it, most would stare at you blankly. The fact is you're being extremely rude to the OP.

And "obnoxious and hyper ways" does seem to be a bit condescending, so I'd assume that you see that as a flaw, which makes them "wrong." Laughter and noise does not amount to obnoxiousness.

And as a final note, there's such things as thoughts that can't be put into words, and feelings that are the same. There's an explanation in the secret itself. It's as simple as the words "in my head." Maybe it's because I also have strong, unpopular ideas about characters (I like Rossiu and Kinon, but I dislike Nia and Yoko), but everyone followed a "I do this for ___, and no one but me can do it" while Viral said "I do this for me, because I want to, no one can stop me."

I have a friend like this OP, and I don't doubt she posted 139. So I'm going to defend her to the death here, because, her or not, opinions have the right to be shared without being declared as "wrong." I've been ridiculed for a ttgl secret I posted in the past, so I'm going to go against the fandom here and say that most of the Gurren Lagann Fandom is made of egotistical, selfcentric morons that have no respect for what people who go against fandom norms say.

Oh, wait. This is a group of people who hate a character for doing something that in the end BETTERED the fate of the rest.
